At SightX, Inc. (“SightX,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes our collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information in connection with your use of our website and platform located at https://sightx.io/ (our “Platform”).
Please note that this Policy does not apply to Personal Information or other information that we process on behalf of our enterprise customers, as our processing of such information is governed by the terms of our contract with the customer. Information We Collect
“Personal Information” refers to information that relates to an individual or identifiable individual. We may collect Personal Information when you use the Platform, such as the following:
Name
Contact details, such as email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number
Username and log-in credentials, if you create an account with us
You may have the option of using your account with certain third-party platforms (such as Google or Microsoft) to log into the Platform. If you choose this option, we may receive certain information from that third-party platform in accordance with its terms.
Payment details
We may use a third-party payment service to process payments made through the Platform. If you wish to make a payment through the Platform, your payment-related data will be collected by the third-party payment service.
